- Hold CeMAP or an equal mortgage qualification
- Have been signed off as competent, or are close to it

No. You can work from anywhere in the UK. Our head office is at Pride Park in Derby, and you can visit or call the team whenever you need support.
At the moment we are only looking for self-employed advisers. You run your own diary and build your own client bank under our name.
No. You advise as part of Mortgage & Finance Arena under our FCA authorisation. We are responsible for the advice given in our name, so we support and check your work.
You trade as Mortgage & Finance Arena. This gives you a trusted name, 5 star reviews and a head office behind you from your first day.
You need CeMAP or an equal mortgage qualification. Ideally you have been signed off as competent. To advise on equity release you also need an equity release qualification.
You use Smartr365 to manage clients and cases, Ignite to source products and SuitabilityHelp to write suitability letters. We set you up and show you how they work.
